Purchasing Our Space
When purchasing the rental use of 2237 2nd Ave, Unit 130, Whitehorse, Yukon (“Our Space”), You also acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Gathering Ground Event Rental Agreement and Code of Conduct
Purchasing Event Participation
When purchasing participation to attend an event in Our Space, Gather Ground and its event Host (“We”) want to ensure a safe space for all. You also acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Code of Conduct
Pricing
Pricing and availability can change without notice. All purchases are final and partial refunds cannot be negotiated.
Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions
You agree that all purchases are final and You will not evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund policy by processing a “chargeback” through your credit card provider. Should You do so, Gathering Ground has the immediate right to deny entry to any, all, or future events in Our Space.
Safety and Enjoyment
To ensure safety, enjoyment for Guest and protection of Our Space and neighbours, Gathering Ground, and its event Hosts (“We”) collectively agreed to Our Event Agreement. We reserve the right, without compensation or refund of any amount, to revoke, refuse admission, or eject, anyone whose conduct is deemed disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with policies, agreements, rules and regulations.

You agree that clicking the checkbox is Your electronic signature to this contract of sale. This action records Your acceptance electronically and forms a legally binding contract.
